Bitter Creek Betty, also known as "Rose Doe" was a woman found murdered in Wyoming in 1992. Her case was linked through DNA to another victim that was found in 1992 in the same state.

Case

The body was found unclothed an face-down after it appeared to have been dumped from a vehicle at the top of a hill. The victim's body was completely frozen. She died between October 1991 and February 1992.

She had been stabbed through the nose with an ice pick, which is listed as the official cause of death. She may have also been strangled and beaten.

She was sexually assaulted in both lower body cavities.
