"Joe Osher" was a man found murdered in Florida in 1998. It is believed he was killed in 1994.
Case[]
The victim was alleged to have been a drug dealer, participating in the distribution of crack cocaine. He was likely born in Jamaica, later immigrating to Florida at some point in his life, and possibly resided in the Lakeland or Kathleen areas in Polk County. The victim had also been reported to have owned two cars; a white BMW and a tan Suzuki Samurai, which have not been recovered and were presumably sold in exchange for drugs after his death.
Unable to produce $600 dollars that he and his wife owed to the victim, Ray Crocker shot him when he arrived on his property to collect the debt. Crocker then wrapped the victim's body in carpeting and buried it in a four-feet-grave behind his residence. The body would lay unnoticed for four years until Crocker's wife provided information to authorities.
