Joseph "Joe" Pace, previously known as San Bernardino County John Doe, was a young man found murdered in an abandoned building in 1986. He was identified in 2017.
Joe was identified via fingerprints by the FBI and NamUs. His family claims that he was a frequent visitor in Ontario, where his parents had worked. He was last seen prior to his death with a couple of individuals he had just met, but it's unknown if they had been stated as a persons of interest in his case. The pair were apparently brothers with the names "Jesse" and "Michael."
Police hope to contact Pace's unidentified girlfriend at the time of his death.
