The victim was killed when attempting to cross State Route 52. He was known to be a hitchhiker prior to his death.
Isotope testing concluded he was most likely American-born, yet the locations where he spent his life have yet to be released.
Characteristics[]
- Graying brown hair with some facial stubble.
